Imagineaza-ti o situatie in care esti criticat. Ai multe argumente pentru a te “apara” dar si mai multe pentru a “acuza” persoana ce te critica. In tine parca creste ceva. Este tensiunea de a da replica la acuzatie sau a critica la randul tau aceeasi persoana. Nu te stresa. Nu esti tu. Este ego-ul tau ce are nevoie de mancare. Ii este foame de acele “alimente” care sa-l faca sa creasca din nou. De acele lucruri care sa-l faca sa aiba energie din nou.

Imagineaza-ti urmatoarea calatorie pe care trebuie sa o faci cu masina. Sa presupunem ca este vorba de o calatorie, de exemplu de la Bucuresti la Brasov. Din start, in functie de ziua din saptamana, te gandesti cat timp va dura sa ajungi la destinatie. Daca este vorba de week-end cu siguranta vei lua in calcul variabile precum traficul mai intens de la sfarsit de saptamana. Daca folosesti si o aplicatie precum Google Maps sau Waze, vei afla si mai exact cat timp va dura si care sunt blocajele de pe traseu, fie este vorba de o coloana de masini sau poate un drum in lucru. Atunci cand te gandesti la destinatia ta iti setezi o asteptare de cand vei ajunge. Insa, cateva variabile precum cele de mai sus te duc intr-o noua zona si anume aceea a asteptarilor productive.
