# Dark Cockpit - The Encourage Project

Dark Cockpit is the latest collaboration between Capt. [Emil Dobrovolschi](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ACoAABqvhikBoLDPhcjUctJ6-gVPKnX_7TrSvbQ)i and  [Octavian Pantis](https://www.qualians.com/trainers/octavian-pantis/). The book takes stories and lessons from aviation and brilliantly applies them to everyday situations from leadership to self-regulation.

How pilots keep their cool even in tough situations. How trust is built in teams, how and when celebrations are in order, and several other subjects essential for any team - these were the subjects of a very engaging talk hosted by [Amy A. Fairchild.](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ACoAAAB1wa8BzHfl9lZI9dLXcnZSdLTg_Xri4QU?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_profile_view_base_recent_activity_details_shares%3B1WuIjt34RNqtaGjR8WENLg%3D%3D)
