How do we become great #leaders?
Octavian Pantis' suggestion is simply to ask more questions. Leaders do not have all the answers; hence, 𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙖𝙮, 𝙗𝙚 𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙖 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣.
There is also that element of #inclusivity. By asking questions of others, they become included as part of the process, for example, business planning, which becomes a bridge to bringing the team closer together to tackle challenges ahead.
