Ciprian Teleman

Ciprian Teleman has been with TMI and Qualians since 2006. Prior to this he worked as a scientific researcher and consultant in IT and educational projects. For a period of time he interrupted his work as a consultant to coordinate the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitization.

He has participated in programs to increase the performance, organizational culture and development of team coordination skills for a total of over a thousand days of training and consulting.

Alongside his work as a consultant, Ciprian is involved in both entrepreneurial activities in the digital field and in the field of public policies specific to this field.

His favorite topics are Practical Leadership, Advanced Negotiation Skills, Emotionally Intelligent Leadership but also topics related to digital transformation with a specialization in digital strategies obtained at Columbia Business School.

He has worked with organizations such as Oracle, UiPath, eMAG, HP, BNR, Banca Transilvania, BCR, BRD, ING Bank, Unicredit, Carrefour, Lidl, Heineken, Philip Morris, JTI, Rompetrol, Saint Gobain, PROTV, Timken and Omniasig.

Ciprian is dedicated to his activity treating each project in correlation with the vision and objectives of the company.

In addition to his professional activity, he enjoys sailing, traveling to new places and classical music.
