Adrian had the opportunity to work in Romania both for multi-national financial institutions, ABN AMRO Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland (1998 - 2012), and for a representative of medium-sized institutions with Romanian capital, Banca Comerciala Carpatica (2013 - 2016). For over 15 years, Adrian has gained experience as a leader, fulfilling important managerial roles in headquarters but also in the branch network.
After graduating from the Polytechnic University of Timisoara, his roles in large companies allowed Adrian to build a valuable set of theoretical knowledge (Executive MBA, Certifications in Training, Change Management, Process Improvement) and business experience (Director of Organizational Transformation and Excellence in Services, "Head of Change Management Branches", Regional Coordinator of Branch Operations, etc.).
Starting in 2016, Adrian has focused his efforts on sharing knowledge and business experience on a larger scale, with the goal of supporting people and organizations to make changes. Currently, he does this both in partnership with Qualians (www.qualians.com) and on his own (www.train2excellence.ro).
Adrian's activity is focused on advising clients, building transformation programs and facilitating workshops focused on real customer challenges. Preferred topics are "Process Improvement" and "Strategy Definition and Implementation".

Mi-a placut ca ne-a tinut acolo in priza toata ziua, pe ce aveam de facut, clar si structurat. La un moment dat a intrebat cine isi asuma un anume pas si, cand nu se inghesuia nimeni, a avut rabdarea si determinarea sa astepte pana cand in final s-a oferit cineva.
Cu toate ca tema pe care o abordam in cadrul cursului era mai analitica, Adrian a fost foarte priceput in a face sesiunea antrenanta, astfel ca am putut lua multe idei si obiceiuri utile din cursul cu el.
