Cristina Mosteanu

Cristina is a marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the fields of FMCG and NGOs, passionate about marketing lively brands.

 

She has had the privilege of being part of the Mondelez team (formerly Kraft Foods) for 15 years, a company recognized as an applied marketing school, a true "BRAND factory". During these years, Cristina has left her mark on some of the most beloved brands, both locally and internationally: Jacobs, Milka, Toblerone, Oreo, Belvita, Tassimo, Carte Noire, Poiana, Sugus, Barni. In addition to marketing experience as her first specialization, Cristina has also held roles in the Sales and Business Development department.

 

In 2014 Cristina decided to make a radical change, putting herself in the service of the non-profit sector, motivated by the desire to transfer the concepts and elements of brand building from the commercial sector to the social one. She joined the World Vision team, embracing the challenge of building a local, brand-centric fundraising engine, developing an ecosystem of processes and tools tailored to the local context.

 

Since 2017, Cristina responds to the challenges of both fields, acting as a consultant, serving both clients in the business and non-profit sectors.

 

Starting with 2020, Cristina joins the Qualians team presenting a portfolio of 3 functional marketing courses: Marketing for Non-Marketing, Marketing Advanced-Building Iconic Brands, Fundraising Fundamentals
